How we build a product: observe, formulate, prove, ship
The InnovaChem way of developing specialty chemicals: start with a real job people put up with, formulate around the soil and surface, prove it in the field, then fill it ourselves.
People often ask how a small team ends up with four ranges, from a 55 mL aerosol to a 30 kg carboy. The honest answer is that we did not plan four ranges. We kept meeting people who had given up on a cleaning job.
Observe
A dairy supervisor scrubbing milk cans by hand every morning. An AC technician spending hours on one condenser coil, washing it down with bucket after bucket of water. A family opening every window before cleaning the kitchen. Each of these became a product brief, written by the person doing the work, not by us.
Formulate
Our lab builds around the soil, the surface and the water on site. Hard water needs sequestrants. Aluminium needs soft-metal-safe chemistry. A closed kitchen needs low fumes. Between 2024 and 2025 our team developed and screened more than 200 formulations.
Prove
A formula that works in a beaker can fail on a greasy hob in June. So trials run in real kitchens, hotels, plants and service calls first. Only what works there gets a label.
Ship
We fill our products ourselves under ISO 9001:2015 and GMP (IAF) certified processes, with MSDS and a Certificate of Analysis available per batch.
